Bella Vista at Warner Center

A multi-family residential development of 579 units in the suburb of Woodland Hills within the City of Los Angeles. The project was developed in three phases of development. Phase I is a three story slab on-grade building with adjacent freestanding parking garage containing 125 units, similar to Legacy’s Tierra del Rey project. Phase II is a 3 story wood frame, slab on-grade with tuck-under
parking containing 190 units. Phase II houses the recreation center and leasing office.
