Neptune Marina

A mixed-use development proposed for three land parcels located in the marina. The proposed use of Parcel 9U is for a 280-room hotel and park. The hotel is to be developed by Woodfin Suite Hotels, LLC. The multi-family residential development (including marina) is proposed on Parcels 10R and FF and is situated on Los Angeles County lease land. The proposed structure consists of four story residential buildings over two levels of parking.
