The 9200 Wilshire project is a mixed-use luxury condominium and retail development located on Wilshire Boulevard in the City of Beverly Hills, California. The project will consist of a 54 unit 6-story Type I concrete building with various luxury townhouse and single-story flat units. There will be approximately 14,000 sq. ft. of high-end ground level retail over four levels of subterranean parking. The site is located approximately 6 blocks east of Rodeo Drive on Wilshire Boulevard.
