450 North Palm

The 450 North Palm project is a luxury condominium development located at the southeast corner of North Palm Drive and Civic Center Drive, approximately ten blocks east of the world-renowned Rodeo Drive shopping district at Wilshire Boulevard. The proposed condominium development will consist of two 5-story Type I concrete buildings with various luxury single-story flat units. The northern building will contain 25 units and the southern building will contain 10 units.
