Mr. Cavallari is a thirty year real estate industry veteran. Prior to forming The Cavallari Group, Mr. Cavallari was Sr. Vice President in charge of Legacy Partners Southern California region where he was responsible for developing some of the most highly profitable, note worthy, luxury apartment communities in all of greater Los Angeles. Previously, Mr. Cavallari was based in Denver, Colorado as a partner in charge of development for JPI, a national apartment community developer. And prior to that, Mr. Cavallari was a partner in the East Coast running the northeast offices of the former national development group, Property Company of America.
